We have been selling classical, flamenco, cutaway and electro-nylon string, small-size and left-handed guitars from our small shop in Devon since 2005.
What is special about us is that every guitar – and every customer – gets personal attention. No instrument leaves here without being played and getting a thorough check. If it needs its set-up adjusting, that is what happens. If a customer wants the set-up to be done in a particular way, that is what happens. They just need to ask.
“Thanks again for your great service!”Aleksi, Finland, 8/10/2020
Our old web site at http://www.classical-guitars-plus.co.uk has been in service for 15 years and has been struggling for a while to keep up with modern internet protocols.
So we decided that we needed to get up to date and, more importantly, have a new site that was secure for some years to come.
This, the new site, is launching in October 2020 and we hope it will have taken over completely by the end of the year.
In parallel we have set up
We will still sell Hanika guitars from this site but the new one will have the space to concentrate on all the custom options which have proved so popular with Hanika owners.
We will continue to offer guitars suitable for younger learners as well as guitars suitable for the professional in the concert hall. And everything in between of course. Sharing first place at the top of the range are…
Hand-made concert and historical guitars from the musically historical town of Markneukirchen.
Here is a wonderful example of Mario Gropp’s “La Onda” Concert-Soloist model in spruce and Caviano Morado. This one was sold in October 2020 but they are available to order (usually a few months to wait unfortunately but these are rare but in-demand instruments).
When ordering it is possible to choose the soundboard and tone-woods, the scale, machine heads, etc. as well as to request other options such as additional saddles. Choice of cases.
