“Just a quick note to say that my guitar arrived safely yesterday. Guitar is great, but I was a little worried to find the package quite wet in parts on arrival from courrier (soaked cardboard and toern in a few places). This did penetyrate to the plastic you wrapped the guitar case in but no further -thankfully. I know this is no fault of yours. We replied: “Thanks for the feedback and glad you like the guitar. Couriers are one of our biggest concerns and occasionally guitars can get damaged in transit. We insure all consignments and the responsibility is ours and the insurers so customers never lose out.”
