“Just wanted to give you an update on the Esteve 9C/B and bits and pieces that Trish and I came down to Devon to buy for my 50th Birthday present. We both really enjoyed coming down to meet with you and have the chance to play several different guitars before settling on the first one I played ! Since the big day on October 29th I have played the guitar everyday and am really enjoying it. I have grown my nails and the strings have settled down so that there is less tuning and more playing each time I sit down with the instrument. Humidity and temp are fine and I have not had to use the humidifier. I have learnt several short classical pieces as well as continuing with the finger picking pieces from my steel strung guitar repertoire. I think all these pieces sound far better suited to the classical guitar, the bass weight and quality is great and the clear trebles really bring out the melody lines. “
