Delivery
Smaller items and items of lower value are usually dispatched by second class post.
Larger items are sent by insured courier on a “signed for” service. This is for everyone’s benefit as it helps to avoid theft and fraud. If no one is in, a card will be put through the door giving instructions.
STOCK ITEMS: Almost all UK orders for stock items are processed within 1-3 working days. Goods are dispatched once payment has been cleared (this is normally instantaneous with credit cards and can take up to a week in the case of cheques). If ordering out of office hours (mon-fri 9am – 5pm), please take the next office day as the start time for our services. Please let us know immediately if you do not receive your order by the date we have said you should.
NON STOCK ITEMS: Guitars which are built or set up to customer specification are subject to waiting times which vary from days to months depending on a range of factors beyond our control. We will do our very best to provide our best estimates of waiting times and to keep you informed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are subject to individual carriage quotes and delivery time estimates. Delivery estimates are only estimates and may vary.

You are entitled to change your mind either before you receive the goods or immediately on receiving them. If you want to cancel your order then please contact us immediately.
If delivery has not taken place, then the best option is for you to refuse the delivery when it occurs. You do not need to give the courier any explanation. Do not take possession of the parcel and do not sign for it.
If you have received the parcel and opened it then we will still accept your cancellation if you notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt. We do not expect you to be experts in packaging, but we do consider that following our advice on packaging is part of your duty to take reasonable care.
The best and most economic method of return (particularly for guitars or heavy items) maybe for us to send our couriers to collect from you.
Provided the goods are returned have been treated with reasonable care, we will give you a refund or make an exchange as you prefer. The amount refunded will not include the cost of returning an order to us, even if we make the arrangements for return on your behalf.
