“I’m emailing to thank you for excellent service and for selling me a fantastic guitar. When I travelled up from Cornwall to try out some Flamenco guitars, you were very welcoming and allowed me to try out the instruments without ever trying to sway me in order to make a sale. I was also very happy that you were able to arrange next day delivery when I phoned upon arriving home to buy the guitar. As for the guitar, I am absolutely delighted with it. Of all the guitars I tried in your studio, the Manuel Rodriguez FF stood out to me as sounding the most flamenco, with clear basses and a nice growl. I am very glad you suggested I try it out, before visiting I had discounted it as being in excess of my budget, it was well worth stretching to an extra £100. Since its delivery I have barely put the guitar down, it has inspired me to practice so much that in 3 weeks I have already worn out 2 sets of bass strings.
